T-Mobile is now Shipping 3.5mm Headset Adapters with the G1. 

Which is Great News for those that haven't yet grabbed up their G1 yet, or are just now getting theirs.  

But, as for the rest of us "early-adopters" we might have to try some sweet talk to get HTC or T-Mobile to send us one (free of course).  Several people are reporting to have gotten the adapter in with the new phones shipping now.  

As for the tech enthusiasts (like us that jump on-board with the latest and greatest as soon as their out the gates) we will have to be patient, and see what T-Mobile customer service can do.  Hopefully, they will offer it free to all G1 owners who purchased the phone before they started shipping with it.  That would make us all so very happy. :)

Fingers crossed people...this is a company.  So, we can only hope they will at least offer it free to all "early-adopters".  With demand being high for this item, we are sure it will show up in the accessories areas of stores everywhere for purchase.  

But, I hope they make the smart decision to put a smile on loyal customers faces.
